Performance One Athlete Sarah Black won the No Gi Jiujitsu National Championships on Friday. We want to congratulate Sarah on all her hard work. She trains Jiujitsu with legendary Coach Gustavo Dantas in Tempe Arizona.

Crossfitter/Weightlifter Emily Lilo hit two new records in the Snatch on Friday. She Snatched 76 & 78 kilos very easily. Here is the video of the 78 kilo Snatch. Emily is still relatively new to Weightlifting but learning very quickly. She is training for the 2015 University National Weightlifting Championships.
Lindenwood University Weightlifter Blake Edwards Clean & Jerking 140 kilos in Training at Performance One. Blake is training hard for the 2015 Senior National Weightlifting Championships.
11 year Old Halli Hoopes of Star Valley, Wyoming Snatching 25 kilos (55 lbs) on her Second Attempt at the 2015 Youth National Weightlifting Championships. Her Dad Blake is her Coach but she follows Coach Joe Micela’s Weightlifting Program. She finished Second in the Snatch with this lift. She is an up and coming lifter in the Sport of Weightlifting.
