Objective: The purpose of this course is to develop future Strength and Conditioning Professionals, whether they be in a High School, College, Professional, or Private setting. The class will instruct on proper lifting technique. The class will focus intensively on the Olympic Lifts (Snatch & Clean and Jerk), Accessory Strength Movements, Plyometric Exercises, Agility Drills, and Core Conditioning Exercises. Students will learn how an elite level Strength and Conditioning program can and should be implemented into an already existing program. By the end of the semester the student will understand basic programing and Periodization. This class is very intense and should not be taken lightly.
