Speed Training for Football at any level must first start with a foundation of strength and technique. Then you must understand the demands of the sport. Quickness and power will always prevail over open field running. Rarely will every player run the equivalent of a 40 yard dash during a single play. However, 3-7 yards is more realistic and many will have to change direction during that play more than once. It is this reason that makes our running program unique to many. 5-7 yard Bubble.
