Women’s Boot Camp
Performance One Women’s Boot Camp is a less intensive version of our Ranger Boot Camp program and is designed specifically for women of all fitness levels. This women’s only camp will still work to get you in shape for any fitness goal you may have. This program is taught by our top female trainer Emily Awbrey.
Program Outline:
Performance One Women’s Boot Camp will meet Saturdays from 10 am – 11:30 am.
- 1 Hour Boot Camp
- 30 Minutes Yoga
