An easy Front Squat from Pro Strongman Ryan Bakke at the end of his Friday Workout. Ryan is making strides in his conversion from Strongman to Olympic Weightlifting. Timing and Technique are getting better every workout. There are many similarities that Strongman and Weightlifting share but there are also very different technical aspects of our movements. With time and hard work I believe Ryan can make an impact on the National Scene in a year year and half.
