Whether you’re preparing for competitions or working to achieve personal bests, the Team Program provides the structure and support you need to reach your weightlifting goals.

This program is focused on elite-level performance, preparing you for national and international competitions.If you're ready to take your training and competition performance to the highest level, our Individualized Program will provide the guidance and structure you need to succeed.
